Delivery:

For products that are in stock, delivery within the US will be within 7-10 business days via UPS ground shipping. Delivery charges on your online order form are for ground service only within the contiguous 48 States. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and for international deliveries please email us at info@innerasiarugs.com for more details.

Delivery Charges:

We are currently offering free outbound ground shipping for all our in-stock rugs within the contiguous 48 States. This does not include oversized sale rugs of 10x14 and up. Please contact us for a shipping quote for any oversized sale rug of 10x14’ and up. However, if you decide to return any of our products we will charge your credit card for shipping, handling and restocking fees.  Please email us at info@innerasiarugs.com for quotes on returns.  Shipping charges will depend on weight of the product, your zip code, your location, and the method of shipping. 

Delivery charges for International Federal Express delivery on new orders will be calculated @$5.00/sqf and are included at the time of your order.

Easy Return, Exchange and Final Sales Policy:

InnerAsia guarantees the quality of our products. If, however, you would like to return any of our in stock products please let us know within 30 days of purchase. We will be glad to offer you an exchange, refund, or merchandise credit. For refunds we will issue you a return authorization number and you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

InnerAsia also guarantees the quality and consistency of our work on all new and custom rugs orders. New and custom rug orders are placed with the help of InnerAsia’s expert sales staff who will provide you with a detailed breakdown of the cost, shipping details, delivery time and a digital rendering of the exact size, color and any custom changes you would like for your rug. Yarn poms and a 2x3 sample are also available on request. Because all new and custom order rugs are developed and woven per individual customer specifications and orders are only placed after receiving full customer review and approval, all new and custom orders are final and not subject to exchange or return.
